Real Estate Development Group LTD is expanding its European presence and is currently building a network of Country Managers who will lead local operations and represent the Group across key European markets.
We are seeking professionals with strategic vision, solid experience, and a deep understanding of the financial and real estate sectors. The role of Country Manager is not administrative — it is a leadership and representation role, designed for individuals capable of translating strategic decisions into real execution while maintaining our core principles of transparency, integrity, and excellence.
Each Country Manager acts as the legal and operational representative of the Group in their country, coordinating local entities (SPVs), relationships with financial institutions, consultants, authorities, and partners.
It is a position of trust, reserved for those who can combine disciplined decision-making with the responsibility of building a global vision locally.

Ideal Profile
We are interested in professionals with proven experience in finance, banking, real estate, or corporate management, capable of leading national operations under the strategic coordination of our UK headquarters. Fluency in English and the local language is essential, alongside integrity, analytical thinking, and independent leadership. Each collaboration is designed to be long-term, built on mutual trust, shared goals, and alignment with the Group’s governance principles.
